DVD Burning Software Links 

Some forms of DVD burning software will allow you to record any DVD onto a CD or DVD without the need for a DVD burner, while others require a burner. It will let you record onto a standard CD and allow you to play it back in any computer or DVD player. You can also record to your computer's hard drive and record cds and VHS tapes onto DVDs. The software will record the DVDs in mono, stereo or 5.1 Dolby sound. The settings let you customize the picture resolution quality and audio levels and resize widescreen movies. Some programs come with a Content Scrambling System which means you can decrypt copy protected DVDs. Some also let you copy games and restore scratched DVDs. You can record, movies, photos, music, audio and data onto these DVDs.
