Academic software is a great tool for students and teachers alike as it can consist of any type of program you may use to help you learn. It could be a graphic program, page making program, word processing program, web design program, etc. or it could be a direct tutorial and teaching program. Students can use online tutorials and homework assignments to improve their grades. Teachers can create an electronic grade book to store student data such as marks, assignments and attendance records. Some programs allow teachers to perform all of the tasks, they do in a classroom setting, online; as they can instruct, monitor, assist and grade students from their computer.
